Welcome to first and 10, a roundup of all the (mostly) Patriots-related news you need to start your day. Grab your coffee and let’s get to it.

A few quick thoughts before we get to things on this April morning.

--Offensive lineman Ulrick John has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Patriots. The 6-foot-5, 307-pounder has a background as a tackle, and has been with the Colts, Dolphins, Cardinals and Packers over the course of his career. He played five games for the Packers last season -- 40 offensive snaps and 16 on special teams. The 25-year-old will likely be a part of the conversation at tackle this offseason.

--The Patriots are going to have a bunch of things going on at The Hall at Patriot Place for Day 3 of the draft. They'll announce their fourth-, fifth- and sixth-round picks from the Hall, and Patriots alumni will be on site for autograph signings from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event is open to the public and fans are encouraged to stop by the Hall throughout the day to view the Patriots Day 3 draft selections, engage with Patriots alumni and take in the museum’s interactive experience.
