Maple Leafs center Nazem Kadri made himself Public Enemy No. 1 in Boston when he hit a defenseless Tommy Wingels in the head when he was down along the boards at the 8:18 mark of the third period.
Kadri was assessed a five-minute major charging penalty, a 10-minute game misconduct and ejected.
Nazem Kadri. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? Awful, awful, AWFUL decision to make a dangerous run at Tommy Wingels while he's on his knees.
