First and 10: Heading into the weekend with more Patriots' mock draft updates taken at BSJ Headquarters (Patriots)

(Reinhold Matay/USA TODAY Sports)

Welcome to first and 10, a roundup of all the (mostly) Patriots-related news you need to start your day:

--Been a week or so since we've done a mock draft update, and so with the draft now less than a month away, we thought we'd take a spin around the Interwebs to check out what the national pundits think the Patriots will do if they end up sticking at No. 31. (NOTE: These are either mocks we didn't have before or ones that have been updated since we ran our last mock draft tracker.)

Now, on to the links...

1. Greg has a quick notebook chock full of information he gleaned from the owners' meetings this past week. If you're a Patriots' fan, you have to carve out time to read this.

2. Mike Reiss breaks down the comings and goings for the Patriots a couple of weeks into free agency.

3. Phil Perry of NBC Sports Boston takes a shot at a mock of his own.

4. Am I the only one who thinks that Bill Belichick is watching this Le'Veon Bell drama closely? I mean, I know about the potential for all the off-field headaches. But remembering how Belichick responded to a question about Bell before a game in 2016 -- "Oh my God" -- makes me wonder a bit.

5. Our buddy Oliver Thomas says that at this point on the calendar, no school is better represented on the Patriots roster than Iowa.

Extra Point: Bill Belichick has been hanging out with Celtics' coach Brad Stevens.
