1) We learned the official numbers for Matthew Slater. ESPN's Mike Reiss reported the details -- two years with a maximum value of $5.2 million. In 2018, Slater can receive up to $2.8 million in cash.
- Base salary: $1,200,000
- Incentive: $100,000
- Signing bonus: $1,000,000
- Roster bonus: $400,000 ($25,000 per game active)
- Base salary: $1,600,000
- Option bonus due by the end of the 2017 League Year: $400,000
- Roster bonus: $400,000 ($25,000 per game active)
- Incentives: $100,000
- Base salary: $1.2 million
- $500,000 in signing bonus proration from his 2018 $1 million signing bonus
- Roster bonus: $225,000 ($25,000 per game active). Since Slater was active for nine games in 2017 only nine games would be considered LTBE (Likely to be Earned) for 2018
- Incentives: $100,000
- Base salary: $1,600,000
- Option bonus: $400,000
- $500,000 in signing bonus proration from his 2018 $1 million signing bonus
- Roster bonus: $400,000 ($25,000 per game active)
