Good morning!
A few random thoughts while we start the longest wait ever until 6 p.m. Sunday...
- If you are in the Twin Cities, I will be at the 98.5 SportsHub party (Buffalo Wild Wing at University of Minnesota) starting at 1 p.m. if you want to swing by.
- Trying to find a place where we can go after to chat a bit more. I'm open to suggestions. Would prefer a bar where we can watch the Bruins. Surly Brewing Co. is also nearby. Will put it out on Twitter and Facebook when we decide.
- A sneaky big day for the Patriots. Tom Brady will likely win his third MVP award, and Ty Law, among others, could get elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
- A lot of people think Randy Moss is a no-brainer. I'm not an elector, but I'm hearing it's far from a sure thing. I'm sure that will go over real well.
- If I had a vote, and without deep research, I would go: Ray Lewis, Brian Dawkins, Tony Boselli, Ty Law, Randy Moss among modern-era players. You only get five.
- So I guess we should take it as a good sign for the Patriots that Terry Rozier, who wears No. 12, had such a spectacular game last night?
