When a team is riding a 17-game point streak, it’s only natural for the confidence level to heat up. That’s the case for the Boston Bruins right now after a 3-2 victory over the New Jersey Devils Tuesday night at TD Garden.
This was the sixth-straight game in which the Bruins trailed, but they showed their resiliency once again. Brad Marchand scored the would-be game-winning goal with a filthy move at 19:27 of the second period. He has nine points in the last four games and his confidence level is increasing.
