Three of my memories from covering former Patriots wide receiver Terry Glenn, who passed away this weekend following an auto accident:
1. When he was dialed in, Glenn was one of the best receivers in the league. In his first five years in the NFL (1996-2000), he averaged 63 catches and 893 yards a season for the Patriots. That included one of the best seasons for any rookie receiver in New England history, when he had 90 catches on 1,132 yards and six touchdowns as a 22-year-old on a team that ended up winning the AFC title. He had plenty of signature moments that year, including a 44-yard catch in the Super Bowl against the Packers and a 53-yarder against the Steelers in the fog in the divisional playoff win in Foxborough.

BRADY TO GLENN
Here's Tom Brady's first NFL TD pass to Terry Glenn vs Chargers in 2001. Glenn then threw the ball in the stands instead of giving it to Brady.#wbz #Patriots pic.twitter.com/49znyDyoUL
