In case you missed, the Red Sox' Division Series schedule, at least the daily schedule has been set. Many of times are to be determined. Much depends on whether it's the Yankees or Twins matching up against the Indians. If it's the Yankees, expect a lot of afternoon games for the Red Sox. If it's the Twins, prime time:
Thursday: Red Sox (Chris Sale) at Houston Astros (TBD), 4 p.m. (FS1 or MLBN)
Friday: Red Sox at Astros, 2 p.m. (FS1/MLBN)
Sunday: Astros at Red Sox, TBD (FS1/MLBN)
Monday: Astros at Red Sox, TBD (FS1/MLBN)*
Oct. 11: Red Sox at Astros, TBD, (FS1)*
*: If necessary
Thursday will be one of the busiest in recent Boston sports history. The lineup:
4 p.m.: Red Sox open Division Series at Houston.
7 p.m.: Bruins season opener vs. Nashville Predators, TD Garden.
8:25 p.m.: Patriots at Buccaneers, Tampa Bay.
As always, Team BSJ will have you covered with Sean McAdam in Houston, Joe McDonald at the Garden and Christopher Price at Raymond James Stadium.
Don't have much to add about the Patriots from Sunday. They're a mess defensively right now, but they'll get it fixed. I've seen them make more with a lot worse (2011), but it's certainly embarrassing for all involved to be where they are at this point with those players.
