PREGAME NOTES

Linus Ullmark will get the start in net for the fourth straight game — with Tuukka Rask still day-to-day with a lower-body injury.

Bruce Cassidy noted on Tuesday that Rask’s lower-body ailment is a lingering issue with his hip surgery, as opposed to a new injury. 

Tomas Nosek will center the second line with Erik Haula still out due to COVID-19 protocols. 

Frederic, a center, and Foligno, a forward, each skated Tuesday, but Frederic is expected to miss his 10th straight game and Foligno is expected to miss his third straight.

Jarnkrok will be a game-time decision after missing a 3-2 loss at the New York Rangers on Sunday with an upper-body injury. Chris Driedger will get the start in net for the Kraken.
