Final: Red Sox 6, Guardians 3

Christian Arroyo, fresh off the IL, drove in three runs and Nick Pivetta gave the Red Sox seven strong innings as the Red Sox opened a nine-game road trip with their fifth straight win, 6-3 over the Cleveland Guardians.

The Sox got a solo homer from Rafael Devers and a big run-scoring double from Rob Refsnyder as part of their 12-hit attack.

Tanner Houck closed out the ninth, even as the Indians scored a run and had the bases loaded before Jose Ramirez grounded out to second for the final out.
