Final: Red Sox 5, Tigers 3

The Red Sox rebounded from a 3-0 deficit, scoring five unanswered runs to grab a 5-3 victory over the Detroit Tigers.

The Sox pulled even with three in the fifth and two more in the eighth. Rafael Devers knocked in two runs and three others knocked in a run each for the second Sox win of the season.

Garrett Whitlock, in his first appearance since agreeing to a contract extension over the weekend, supplied four scoreless innings of relief. He did not allow a hit and had just one baserunner in four frames.
