Final: Red Sox 2, Blue Jays 1

It may not have been the offensive explosion that anyone expected from these two teams. It was, instead, a low-scoring pitcher's duel.

Connor Wong, making his first appearance of the season, delivered a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the seventh, scoring the go-ahead run in the Red Sox' 2-1 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays.

The Sox managed just three hits for the night, and none after the fourth inning. They were 1-for-11 with runners in scoring position, but managed to pull out the win.

Four Red Sox relievers combined to take over from Nathan Eovaldi, who lasted just 4.2 innings, allowing just one run. Garrett Whitlock closed it out in the ninth.
