Final: Red Sox 6, Yankees 5 - Turner and Devers with big days as Boston sweeps New York, again
The Red Sox held on to take a 6-5 win over the Yankees in a back-and-forth affair at Yankee Stadium in Sunday's series finale. It's the second time this season that Boston has swept New York, improving to 8-1 in the season series. The Sox have won eight of their last twelve and remain 3.0 games out of the Wild Card. Meanwhile, the Yankees have lost eight straight for the first time since 1995. Rafael Devers was 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a double, and Justin Turner went 2-for-4 with four RBI, thanks to a three-run homer and a double that drove in the game-winning run.
