Staying Hot: Ceddanne Rafaela gave Boston the lead in the 5th inning from a two-run home run off Twin's starter Joe Ryan. With that home run Rafaela extends his hit streak to 5 games, the longest hit streak on the team. 

Lot of offense: The Red Sox scored 9 runs in the contest, getting offense from multiple bats in their lineup.In the 7th inning, Boston loaded up the bases, and Vaughn Grissom hit a 2-run double to extend the lead. In that same inning, Dom Smith brought in 2 more runs with the help from the sun, as Twin's Left Fielder Manuel Margot wasn't able to keep track of the ball. In the 9th inning, Rafael Devers hit a 2-run home run, starting to really get hot with the bat. The Sox 3rd baseman has gotten a hit in 4 of the last 5 games, including 2 doubles in the series opener. 

Consistent pitching: Cooper Criswell pitched 4 1/3 innings in the game, picking up 5 K's. Despite not getting the win, Criswell has yet to lose a game as a starting pitcher this year. Boston received great pitching out of their bullpen from Bernardino, Kelly, Booser, Winckowski and Jensen. The 5 relievers only gave up 1 run, with Bernardino picking up the win after taking over for Criswell.
