Preview: The Boston Celtics will spend most of November on the road. This is one of their few breaks. Boston only has four home games throughout all of November, and on Wednesday night, it'll play one of them against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Fresh off a tough loss to the Houston Rockets, the Celtics will be looking for a bounce-back without Jayson Tatum and potentially even Payton Pritchard. That said, the Bucks aren't exactly on fire this season.

Boston is 5-2 on the season, but in their first post-Giannis Antetokounmpo season, the Bucks are just 1-6. It's been a rough go early in the year.

Last season: The Celtics went 3-1 against the Bucks last season, though they had a very different team then. Antetokounmpo was still in town. Milwaukee was trying to compete.

This summer, the Bucks traded Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat. In return, they received Tyler Herro, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kel'el Ware, Kasparas Jakucionis, and a boatload of draft picks.

Milwaukee decided to take a new direction. Unfortunately for the Bucks, it's not a direction that's going to lead to many wins in the short term.

Quick stats: Through their first seven games of the season, the Bucks have been one of the worst defenses in the league. They have given up 124.1 points per game, which ranks 28th in the NBA.

Herro has led the team in scoring so far. In five games, he is averaging 21.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists while shooting 45.9% from the field and 43.1% from deep on 8.3 3-point attempts per contest.

Jaquez is right behind him, putting up (in seven games) 16.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists on 50.6% shooting from the floor and 44.0% shooting from distance on 3.6 3-pointers a night.

Nobody else is putting up 15 or more points per game, but Ware, Ryan Rollins, and Kyle Kuzma are all putting up double digits. AJ Green and rookie Nate Ament have been lighting it up from deep as well.
