The Red Sox take the series opener against the Rays, 8-5. Boston exploded for six runs in the sixth inning, led by back-to-back doubles by Justin Turner and Masataka Yoshida. Corey Kluber threw six pitches in relief and earned the win (3-6). This was the Sox 17th come-from-behind victory of the season. With the win, Boston is now 8-7 against AL East opponents.
