We're getting there. It's September. Based on past years, Media Day should be at the end of this month. Then, a couple of weeks later, preseason basketball.
Before you know it, the Boston Celtics will be back in action. But for now, it's still the dead season. (Although a Boston Red Sox playoff race is providing some replacement entertainment. Shoutout to Mickey Gasper.)
A couple of quick housekeeping notes before the Q&A:
- I'm more than happy to have a back-and-forth in the comment section. We don't ever have to agree on something. That's the nature of life. Just please try to be respectful. That's all I ask.
