FOUR THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Hunter Henry appeared to leave with an injury: After catching one pass, the veteran tight end looked like he grabbed the back of one of his legs and asked out of the scrimmage, and did not return. Tough to tell the severity of it, but the Patriots have two off days and a light practice on Monday ahead of the Colts joint practice.
OT Marcus Bryant appeared to get sick at one point, and then three plays later he walked slowly off with trainers.
OT Will Campbell (left arm) was out again, but Mike Vrabel said he is expected back on Monday.
WR Romeo Doubs, after missing two practices for a positive personal reason, according to Vrabel.
Patriots had their blue and white intrasquad scrimmage: We'll let Vrabel tell you. "We have the second annual Blue-White scrimmage. We split the coaching staff up. We had a draft. Terrell Williams will be the head coach on the white team. The blue team will be led by Tony Dews. The offensive coordinators for the game will be Todd Downing and Ashton Grant, and then calling defense is going to be Scott Booker and Justin Hamilton. And then we split Jeremy Springer and Tom Quinn up. So, Stretch [John Streicher] and I will be the officials, if there's any issues there. But, we held a draft, and excited about just getting out there, playing, competing and putting them in the same situations that we've been here working through camp."

TOP PLAY
The biggest play of the day was a happy accident for Behren Morton. He threw a nice pass to new receiver Tejhaun Palmer on the left side of it, but he bobbled the ball into the air and CB Brandon Crossley looked to have an interception. But he dropped it, and it went right to RB Myles Montgomery. It ended up being a 58-yard gain. It worked out like an accidental hook and lateral.
FOUR UP
WR DeMario Douglas: Continued his very strong camp as the Patriots' new slot receiver with 6 catches on 6 targets for 111 yards and two touchdowns. His first score came on a rope from DeVito with three defenders around him. He looks like he's going to pick up a lot of Steph Diggs' production.
QB Tommy DeVito: After a slow start to camp, DeVito has been on fire in the last week. He's playing with supreme confidence and is ripping the ball down the field. HIs offense continues to put up way more explosive plays than Maye's group. DeVito finished the scrimmage 12 of 14, 197 yds, 2 TDs, 2 sacks. All five of his possessions ended up with a scoring opportunity (Andy Borregales missed a field goal).
LB Khalil Jacobs: The UDFA continues to impress. He had a 3rd-down pressure of Maye to end one drive, and ended another when he deflected a pass from Morton to Kyle Williams.
DE Gabe Jacas: He was way too much for Crownover to handle at RT with at least 3 early pressures.
FIVE DOWN
DE Dre'Mont Jones: Didn't really notice much pressure, and he decided to release Hunter Henry in coverage to get a rolling Maye, and Henry was left wide open for 11 yards.
QB Drake Maye: He rebounded a bit, but he had some real iffy plays.
On a play reminiscent of a game from last season, on third and 10, Maye climbed to the pocket to make a play, jumped up to attempt a pass to TreVeyon Henderson, but the back was blocking. Maye tried to pull the ball down, but it came out. It was probably an incompletion, but it could have been a fumble with video review.
Maye also had Kayshon Boutte with a step on Marcus Jones on a crosser. Instead of firing the ball in there, Maye attempted more of a touch pass, and it wasn't very good. Boutte looked frustrated. But Maye came back to Boutte on the next play for 9 yards.
LT Caleb Lomu: I don't mean to keep knocking the kid, but after I go over my notes, he keeps coming up on bad plays. He allowed 2 run stuffs and at least one bad pressure that resulted in a throwaway. He got fooled by a simulated pressure, and Jacobs went right by him.
S Mike Brown and CB Kobee Minor: Both were getting torched in coverage.
ODDS AND ENDS
• Caleb Lomu only played left tackle in the scrimmage, but that was mostly because, with Campbell down, the only options were Demetrious Crownover (mostly a RT), and Lorenz Metz (also a RT).
• Khalil Jacobs came free to force a throwaway from Maye on 3rd and 12.
• On 4th and 2, Maye found UDFA WR Nick DeGennaro open for a 27-yard gain. Two plays later, he found Romeo Doubs for a touchdown against Craig Woodson. DeGennaro has some speed, and wearing No. 23 he kind of looks like Wal-Mart Christian McCaffrey.
• Team DeVito ran a well-timed flea-flicker on 3rd and 2 to pop Mack Hollins open for a 35-yard gain.
• Henderson's TD came over LB Namdi Obiazor.
