PREGAME NOTES: 

A slumping Bruins team is in line for a tough test over the next two days, as the Penguins are rolling off of a five-game win streak. Pittsburgh, which is 11-2-0 at home this season, has regularly gotten the better of the B's on home ice, picking up points in 11 of their last 13 home games against the Bruins (10-2-1) dating back to Mar. 11, 2012.

Jake DeBrusk, who was placed on the COVID-19 Protocol List on Saturday due to a false positive, was activated from the list on Sunday and will return to the lineup tonight. The winger is looking to build off of an encouraging game on Thursday against the Rangers. 

Jaroslav Halak will once again get the start in net for the Bruins, with either Dan Vladar or Jeremy Swayman expected to start on Tuesday. Tuukka Rask, who has not played since March 7 due to an undisclosed injury, did travel with Boston down to Pittsburgh and skated with taxi-squad players on Monday afternoon, but will not be cleared in time for Tuesday's game.

Both Chris Wagner and Jack Studnicka will slot out of the lineup, with Karson Kuhlman replacing Wagner on the fourth line.
