PREGAME NOTES:

The Bruins will look to be the first NHL club to reach 100 points when they take on the Lightning Saturday night at TD Garden. Boston defeated Tampa Bay, 2-1, earlier this week and hold a nine-point lead over the Bolts for first place in the Eastern Conference. 

After taking an elbow to the face during Thursday’s win over the Panthers, Brandon Carlo will not play on Saturday due to an upper-body injury, with John Moore replacing him in Boston’s D corps. Par Lindholm will also return to the lineup, replacing Anders Bjork on Boston’s checking line. Tuukka Rask will get the start in net.
