Kemba Walker scored 14 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter helping the C's close the game with a 13-3 run and escape the Bay Area with a 105-100 victory for a tenth straight win on Friday night. Jayson Tatum had a game-high 24 points despite an off-shooting night while Jaylen Brown added 21 points but it was Walker who seized command for Boston down the stretch, shaking off a 1-of-11 start to help the C's overcome a five-point fourth quarter deficit.
Alec Burks had a game-high 20 points for the hosts off the bench who have now dropped six straight games overall. The undermanned Warriors still fought hard in this one despite losing D'Angelo Russell in the second half with a finger injury. However, the C's matched to stay composed despite tough shooting nights from Walker and Tatum, keeping themselves within striking distance in the fourth quarter before taking over late.
Boston goes for their 11th straight win against the Kings in Sacramento on Sunday afternoon.
