Fourth quarter

• After a huge third-down penalty on Jason McCourty, Ravens score to end this one with 3:12 left. RAVENS 37, PATRIOTS 20.


• Brady picked on third down as he's leveled. Overthrows Sanu, who doesn't appear to touch Earl Thomas down deep in Ravens territory.


• Patriots give up a fourth down on a nice rub route, and then allow a Boyle TD. But Tucker misses a huge extra point. RAVENS 30, PATRIOTS 20.

• Patriot answer with an 11-play, 75-yard scoring drive. The tempo, now that the Patriots have figured out how to move the ball, is really giving the Ravens issues and now their defense is the tired group. Something to watch. RAVENS 24, PATRIOTS 20.


• Oof. Edelman fumbles and Humphrey returns it 70 yards for a touchdown. RAVENS 24, PATRIOTS 13.

• Really nice drive featuring big catches by Edelman and White get the Patriots points before halftime. New game after halftime with the Patriots with the ball. RAVENS 17, PATRIOTS 13.

• Promising Patriots drive stalls with an iffy grounding call and Newhouse hold. Ravens ball at their own 6. ... They get only a Nick Folk field goal after a Mason hold. RAVENS 17, PATRIOTS 10.


• On third and goal, Brady finds Sanu off a rub route for a TD that New England desperately needed. RAVENS 17, PATRIOTS 7.

• Another bad possession by the Patriots but old friend Cyrus Jones muffs the punt and the Patriots recover.

• Patriots getting shoved around on both sides of the ball. Ravens run 53 yards and 12 yards to extend their lead. RAVENS 17, PATRIOTS 0.

• Another good drive by the Ravens that the Patriots stop again in the red zone — and don't get a penalty on the field goal. RAVENS 10, PATRIOTS 0.


• Brady knocked down twice on three straight incomplete passes. Dorsett shaken up on second down. Not a good start for the offense.


• Impressive opening drive by the Ravens is extended when Shilique Calhoun jumps offside on an field-goal attempt. Ravens score on the next play when Jamie Collins is burned on the edge by the playfake and Lamar Jackson. RAVENS 7, PATRIOTS 0.


• Jackson was 4 of 4 on the opening drive passing and he ran for another 13 on three carries. Greg Roman doing nice work, but this is off a bye week script. Patriots will adjust.
