--Looked at the history of New England at No. 32 on Monday. Today, we remind you the Patriots are also sitting on No. 56 overall. Lots of history there with New England and that choice -- the Patriots have made seven selections at No. 56 overall, including last season when they selected Duke Dawson out of Florida. In 2011, they chose Shane Vereen, and in 1993, they got Vincent "Ultimate" Brisby at that spot.

5. The pre-draft process is chock full of crazy rumors, but Tony Pauline is pretty plugged in, so when we hear him report something, there’s something there. He’s hearing a lot about Will Grier and the Patriots. “The New England Patriots have shown a ton of interest in Grier and could draft him as the first round closes out,” he wrote Monday. We wrote about Grier as a possible Patriot in March.
