In this week’s edition of the NFL Notebook, we wonder who’s going to be returning kicks for the Patriots in 2019, ask if Matt Patricia and the Lions will be this year’s worst-to-first team, and remind you every team needs guys like LaAdrian Waddle. We went deep on new receivers Maurice Harris and Bruce Ellington earlier this week, but to add to the scouting report, I wanted to get a sense of each one of them as players by talking to people who covered them for an extended stretch.
