PREGAME NOTES

The Bruins will look to extend their point streak to 16 games when they host the Devils on Saturday night. Boston has not lost in regulation since all the way back on Jan. 19. After battling the Sharks and Lightning earlier this week, Boston faces a bit of a reprieve in the Devils, who sit in last place in the Metro Division and are 5-8-1 in their past 14 games.

Boston’s bottom six has been reshuffled a bit for the matchup, as Sean Kuraly will miss the game after entering into the concussion protocol on Thursday. Joakim Nordstrom will skate alongside Noel Acciari and Chris Wagner, while Peter Cehlarik will get the nod on Charlie Coyle’s line.

Tuukka Rask will get the start in net, with the netminder looking to continue a torrid stretch that has seen him post a 13-0-3 record and a .931 save percentage in his last 17 games. He has not lost in regulation since Dec. 23 against Carolina.

The Devils have been decimated with injuries up front, headlined by reigning Hart Trophy winner
Taylor Hall
, who has not played since Dec. 23 due to a knee injury.
