EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — After Sunday’s win over the Jets, Patriots receiver/running back Cordarrelle Patterson explained what happened in a late-game dustup involving New York defensive lineman Henry Anderson.
Patterson was tackled by Anderson after a one-yard gain in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s Patriots-Jets tilt, and was caught trying to … maneuver … Anderson off him.

“If I had felt it, there would have been … if he had actually grabbed, like — you know, my package there, I probably would have done something,” Anderson said, according to The MMQB. “But, I didn’t really feel anything. So, I don’t think he got a hold of it.”
