Live Coverage: Camp continues as Patriots return to practice field taken at Gillette Stadium (Patriots)

(Adam Richins/Boston Sports Journal)

FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots are back in action Wednesday morning on the fields behind Gillette as training camp resumes. We'll be on the scene with all the updates throughout the morning. Keep it here for the latest.

11:23 a.m.: Things are starting to break up a bit, as post-practice stretching and opportunity time has begun. We'll get media availability here shortly.

11:20 a.m.: In fact, this has been a good day for the offense as a whole, at least better than we saw for a few days last week. You take it all with a grain of salt because even though they're in pads, it's a low-intensity session, but they've looked crisper today. A large part of that is the quarterback, but it's the group as a whole.

11:17 a.m.: Good stretch for Brady, who just led a really clean drive down the field in what appeared to be a two-minute drill. He's had a good day. There were passes for Gronkowski and Hollister, the latter of whom continues to impress. And we even say a flash of emotion from Gronkowski, who gave a "first-down" signal after one reception.

11:12 a.m.: Nice pass breakup from Ryan Lewis on a Hoyer to Gronkowski pass play. Well done.

11:09 a.m.: Mid-90s hip-hop and R&B well-represented here this morning -- Naughty by Nature, Tag Team and Montell Jordan on the playlist so far.

11:08 a.m.: Brady-for-Dorsett on a quick out that was fiercely defended by Gilmore. Excellent job by Dorsett to fight for the ball and bring it in.

11:05 a.m.: Injuries starting to become an issue. Cannon and Michel leave today, and then, this news on Matthews.
