FOXBOROUGH — It’s a bye week and all, the third one for New England this season, but the Revolution returned to training Tuesday morning to work out the kinks ahead of next Saturday’s match with Orlando City SC, a side which will play two matches before taking on The Boys In Blue.

New England has now lost three consecutive matches for the first time in 2018 and is on a four-match winless skid, its worst run of form since losing three of four (L-L-W-L) last September. In addition, the Revs haven’t scored from open play since Luis Caicedo’s goal late in the first half against Los Angeles Galaxy nearly a week and a half ago -- 225 minutes ago, for those of you wondering.

Is it concerning?

By his own admission, first-year manager Brad Friedel wasn’t even aware of that.
