3-3: Hoyer incomplete to Tye. Could have been holding on McCourty. Good rush from Clayborn.

2-10: Hoyer complete to Dorsett on a crosser. Nice route.

11:28 a.m.: The two big stars -- Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are here. Before stretching, Brady jumped in with what appeared to be a reasonable facsimile of the No. 1 offense. And away we go...

11:51 a.m.: All is right with the world, Patriots fans -- Brady just connected for a pass down the middle to Gronkowski, and the tight end yelped gleefully as he high-stepped his way past Jordan Richards. (He just caught another one over Pat Chung.)

11:58 a.m.: A few raindrops ... may have to change things up a bit here when it comes to updates.

12:05 p.m.: No surprises here when it comes to attendance -- we'll have the complete list along shortly. But there's a lot more energy here in the building today than there was the last couple of weeks for OTAs. Brady continues to take the majority of reps with the starting offense as practice continues.

12:09 p.m.: Iowa coaching staff is in attendance today.

12:13 p.m.: Kick return duties fall to Riley McCarron, Jomal Wiltz, Patterson and Michel. Bret Bielema working closely with the special teamers, like he was the week before at the OTAs.

12:15 p.m.: As practice has continued, there's really no doubt here -- Brady is getting the bulk of the first-team reps, at least today. So much for the theory that Belichick is going to punish him for staying away.

12:21 p.m.: Brady just unleashed a sweet deep ball down the near sideline that was hauled in by Britt. It's early, but Britt has looked really impressive in the workouts that we've seen this spring. Big target who is in terrific shape.

12:24 p.m.: Gronkowski just caught a magnificent deep ball down the near sideline where Hoyer was able to split the coverage. A fingertip grab that drew "oohs" from the rest of the roster. Big day for the big tight end so far.
