The Boston Bruins will be without David Krejci and Jake DeBrusk against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday night at TD Garden, according to coach Bruce Cassidy.

The pair of forwards did not practice on Tuesday at Warrior Ice Arena. Krejci re-aggravated a previous back injury and DeBrusk is out with an upper-body injury. Both are listed as day-to-day.

Veteran forward David Backes wore a regular practice jersey and could be a possibility for Wednesday. Brad Marchand also participated in the full practice and will be a game-time decision.

As far as the goaltending situation, Cassidy said he'll announce his starter on Wednesday morning.

"It's still under discussion," Cassidy said.

Tuukka Rask and Anton Khudobin were both on the ice early working on shooting drills with Bergeron, Marchand and David Pastrnak.

Ryan Spooner practiced and will likely be in the lineup Wednesday.

Injured forward Anders Bjork (undisclosed) was on the ice early.

Bjork suffered the injury during a 4-1 loss to the Maple Leafs on Nov. 11 at TD Garden. Bjork was on the receiving end of a massive collision with the Maple Leafs’ Matt Martin at center ice. Bjork was able to finish the game. He was then placed on injured reserve.

When he returns, Cassidy will have some tough decisions to make because Danton Heinen has played well with Patrice Bergeron and Marchand. It's likely Marchand, who has been dealing with a concussion, could return to the lineup on Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Lightning at TD Garden. He's participating in the full team practice today.
