The Patriots removed Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski from the injury report on Friday, but officially downgraded cornerback Eric Rowe (groin) to out for Sunday’s game against the Jets.
Brady, who has been suffering from a sprained AC joint in his left (non-throwing) shoulder, popped up on the report this week, and missed practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. Meanwhile, Gronkowski was also a DNP on Wednesday after a thigh injury sidelined him for last week’s game against the Bucs.
“I’m good to go. Ready to play,” Gronkowski said Friday afternoon. “Whatever the coaches call or whatever plays they have me in I'll be ready to roll.”
Here’s the complete report:
OUT
CB Eric Rowe (DNP — groin)
QUESTIONABLE
RB Rex Burkhead (limited — ribs)
